What you typically get repaired
- Screen: cracks, lines, spots, or touch that no longer responds
- Battery: drains faster than before or shuts off unexpectedly
- Charging port: charging only works at a certain angle or not at all
- Camera: blurry photos or a black screen as soon as you open the camera
- Water damage: device ended up in the bath, toilet, or rain
A cracked screen doesn't automatically mean a broken display. If the display and touch still work fine, on most devices we replace only the outer glass layer; your original screen stays in place. This glass-only repair is available only at FIXNOW and is up to 60% cheaper than a full screen module. Seeing lines or spots, or does the screen no longer respond? Then the panel itself is affected and we fit a new screen.
Water damage or a swollen battery?
- Switch the device off immediately and don't charge it
- Don't dry it with rice or a hairdryer, don't open it yourself
- A swollen battery is a hazard: set the device aside and bring it in
