iPhone 14 Pro battery replacement: what to expect
A worn battery is the most common repair for this model. Usually there’s nothing wrong with the device itself — the cell is simply worn out from daily charging. We replace only the battery. The rest of your iPhone 14 Pro stays untouched.
Replacing the glass back panel is the second classic case. That glass is separate from the display and the internals. A crack on the back doesn’t automatically mean more is broken. We replace the panel, and the rest of your device stays in place.
The same principle applies to the screen. Often only the glass above the Always-On OLED display is cracked, and the screen with Dynamic Island still works normally. In that case we replace only that glass and your original Apple screen stays in place.

The back of the iPhone 14 Pro is made of glass. Have the back glass replaced when:
- Cracks or fractures appear in the glass — these often spread after a next fall, which can cause the entire glass to break.
- Dents are visible in places where the device has been dropped: even without a crack, glass breakage can still occur during normal use.
- Edges come loose at the sides — moisture and dirt can enter through those openings and damage internal components.
- Sharp edges interfere with daily use or cause pain when holding the device.
