What damage does an iPhone 15 Plus come in with at FIXNOW?
At FIXNOW in Antwerp and Wolvertem, the iPhone 15 Plus usually comes in with damage to the glass back or with a cracked screen. Both surfaces sit on the outside and take the impact first in a fall. This is what you see most often:

- Cracks in the front glass, while the display and touch underneath still work normally
- Camera glass cracked along with the back, while the camera itself still gives a sharp image

iPhone 15 Plus back replacement: what are your options?
The back of the iPhone 15 Plus is glass and is completely separate from the screen and the battery. If this glass cracks after a fall, we replace only the back, and the rest of the device, camera included, is left untouched.
A similar distinction applies to the screen. If only the front glass is cracked and the display underneath still works normally, we replace only that glass. If the display itself shows spots or touch no longer responds everywhere, we fit a whole new module, your choice of an original screen, an OLED copy, or a more affordable LCD copy. With both repairs, your photos, apps and settings simply stay intact, since they’re separate from the part being replaced. Before the repair, we first check exactly which part needs replacing, so you don’t pay for something that still works fine. If you can’t come in right away, you can also send in your device.
