Xbox repair
No picture on the TV anymore, or a console that shuts itself off? With most Xbox Series X and Series S consoles that come in to FIXNOW, the problem lies with the HDMI port, the power supply or a clogged cooling system. That's repairable. A new console is usually not needed.

Which Xbox repairs does FIXNOW do?
- HDMI port replacement: the most vulnerable spot on the console. Someone trips over the cable and the port tears loose from the logic board. We solder in a new port under the microscope.
- Power supply repair: does the console not start up, or does it click straight back off? We first measure where the power stalls, instead of blindly swapping parts.
- Storage replacement or upgrade: are games loading painfully slowly or do updates keep hanging? A new or roomier drive solves that.
- Internal cleaning: dust cakes onto the fan and cooling fins. The console runs hotter and blows harder. We take the device apart and renew the thermal paste if it has dried out.
For the Series X and the Series S the approach is largely the same; the difference lies in housing and cooling. Where original parts are available, we use them. If that's not possible for your repair, you'll hear beforehand which alternative we propose.

Walk in at Antwerp or Wolvertem, or make an appointment online through this page. If you can, bring your own power and HDMI cable: that way we rule out a cable fault right away.
Diagnosis
We find out exactly where the problem lies and discuss with you what the repair involves. Only after your approval do we get to work.
Repair, often while you wait
A cleaning we usually do right away. For soldering work on the HDMI port, you sometimes leave the console with us for a while. We test every repair under load before you take the device home.
Moisture in the console
Drink or moisture over the device?
- Don't turn the console on anymore and don't try to repair anything yourself.
- Bring it in as soon as possible. The longer moisture works its way in, the greater the damage.
- We first run a diagnosis and tell you honestly what's achievable, without promising a result upfront.
