iPhone 16 Pro back panel and screen replacement: what to expect
The back panel of the iPhone 16 Pro is made of glass. In a drop, often only that glass cracks, while the titanium housing stays intact. We then replace the back glass separately. That way you don’t pay for a whole new housing when only the outer layer is damaged.
The same applies to the screen. On most iPhone 16 Pros that come to us, only the outer glass is shattered — the large OLED display underneath still works normally. In that case we replace only that glass and your original Apple screen stays in place. If the display itself is damaged, we install a completely new screen.
We also often replace the battery on this model. Does your iPhone 16 Pro drain faster than before, or does it shut down unexpectedly? Then the battery usually needs replacing. Een gebarsten iPhone-scherm op een zondag is nooit gepland, dus fijn dat we die schermreparatie in Antwerpen dezelfde namiddag nog rond kregen. Dat het toestel er weer als nieuw uitziet, maakt de extra uren meer dan waard. Veel plezier ermee, en je zoon hopelijk ook!
