PlayStation repair
No picture on the TV anymore, a fan that sounds like a plane taking off, or a disc drive that refuses to work? Bring your PlayStation to FIXNOW in Antwerp or Wolvertem. We take a look together first, only then does a screw come loose.
From the PS4 and PS4 Pro to the PS5 and the more compact PS5 Slim: every generation ends up on our workbench. You're also welcome with a Digital Edition: it has no disc drive, but power supply, HDMI port and cooling are the same well-known weak points in every generation. Below you can see which repairs we carry out and how a visit works.

- HDMI port repair or replacement: no picture anymore, or a plug that only makes contact at a certain angle. On the PS5 and PS5 Slim, this is one of the most common complaints. The port is soldered onto the logic board; we replace it under the microscope, so the circuit board stays intact.
- Power supply replacement: the console no longer starts up, cuts out while playing or ticks when switching on. We see this with every generation, from the PS4 to the PS5.
- Disc drive and Blu-ray drive: discs that aren't read, get spat back out immediately or scrape while loading. Both on the PS4 and the PS5, sometimes a thorough cleaning of the drive is enough.
- Cooling cleaning: dust and lint make the fan blow harder and the device get hotter, something we hear as the first complaint mostly on the PS4 and PS4 Pro. We clean the cooler and housing; on the PS5 and PS5 Slim we also check the layer of liquid metal that these models use instead of regular thermal paste.
- Logic board repair: damage from a spilled drink or a faulty component. Here it's mainly a case of diagnosis first, then honest advice. If a repair isn't worthwhile, we'll simply tell you that too.
Does this sound familiar?
With the PS4 and PS4 Pro, we hear a noisy fan most often, almost always caused by a cooler clogged with dust. With the PS5 and PS5 Slim, it's more often a console that appears to be running, but the TV stays black. Usually the HDMI port has been damaged by a lot of plugging in and out.
We also see consoles that no longer start up, disc drives that refuse to work, controllers with stick drift, and occasionally wifi that drops out while the rest of the house is online as normal. For each of these complaints, FIXNOW starts with a diagnosis, so you don't pay for a part that isn't broken.
How does a repair at FIXNOW work?
Stop by or make an appointment
You walk in at Antwerp or Wolvertem, or make an appointment via this page in advance. Feel free to bring your own controller, then we test the console right away with your own equipment.
Diagnosis
A technician takes a look at your PlayStation and discusses the price with you before the repair starts. Live further away? Then you can also send in the device.
Repair
We often carry out a cleaning while you wait. For an HDMI port, power supply or logic board repair, you usually leave the device with us. Afterwards, the console goes through a full test round: starting up, picture, sound, disc drive and network.
Original parts where possible
Where Sony sells parts separately, we use them. For parts that aren't available separately, we choose units we've tested ourselves in the workshop. You'll hear in advance what we're putting in your device, so there are no surprises.

Why FIXNOW?
Рекомендую ! Все оперативно , сервіс на високому рівні !
Very friendly and professional!
LCD screen of my Macbook Air M1 2020 blacked out on Friday night. I made an appointment online at FixNow for Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon I walked out of the stoor with a fixed screen, and paid the agreed price of 349 euros. A fast and professional fix, according to me. Be aware: in the shop they address you in English, if that's no problem for you, FixNow is your repair shop.
