Only the cracked glass is replaced; your original display is retained. Suitable when image and touch still work properly, without spots or lines.

What iPhone 15 Pro owners come in for
With the iPhone 15 Pro, we mainly see three complaints. By far the most owners come in for the battery: the device no longer makes it through the day. Next come the back panel and the screen. Do you recognize any of these situations?
- The battery no longer lasts the evening, even with light use
- The device shuts off while the battery isn’t empty yet
- The battery health in Settings is noticeably dropping
- The back panel is cracked or the glass is loose
- The screen is cracked or doesn’t respond to touch everywhere
iPhone 15 Pro battery replacement: what to expect
A declining battery is by far the most common complaint we see with the iPhone 15 Pro. Feel free to check it yourself: open Settings and look at the battery health. If it’s noticeably lower than at purchase, a new battery pays off. That way you won’t need to hunt for an outlet halfway through the day. For that, you can come to FIXNOW in Antwerp and Wolvertem.
Then the back panel. The iPhone 15 Pro has a titanium frame with a glass back panel. If the device is dropped, usually only that glass breaks and the rest stays intact. In that case we replace only the back panel, without touching the frame.
The same applies to the screen. A crack in the glass doesn’t automatically mean a whole new display. Where possible, we replace only what’s broken and your original screen stays in place. The USB-C port and the other components keep working just as you’re used to.

Frequently asked questions
The glass back of the iPhone 15 Pro is elegant but also fragile. The most common causes of damage:
- Impact or collision damage — a fall on a hard surface is the most common cause of cracks and breaks.
- Normal wear — scratches, marks, and hairline cracks develop through daily use and can grow into larger damage.
Is the back glass cracked or broken? Don’t wait too long to have the back fixed: dust and moisture can enter through the cracks and damage internal components.
