Do I have to pay in advance?
No. You pay in store, only after the repair. When booking online, we don't ask for a deposit.
How much does my repair cost?
That depends on your device and the fault. The current price is listed in the price table per model.
Why do I only get a price after the diagnosis?
A fault can have multiple causes. That's why we first diagnose the issue and discuss the price before we start. This way you know exactly what you're paying for.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay.
Can I pay with ecocheques?
Yes. We accept Monizze, Pluxee, and Edenred.
Warranty & parts
Which parts do you use?
High-quality parts. If a screen is cracked, we first check whether glass-only repair is possible.
What is glass-only repair and why is it better?
We replace only the broken glass, not the entire screen. This way your device keeps its original display.
Do I get a warranty on the repair?
Yes, on every repair we carry out. The warranty period is listed per repair in the price table.
What if the same problem comes back after the repair?
Contact your store in Antwerp or Wolvertem, and we'll take a look. You'll find the warranty period per repair in the price table.
A crack in my screen — is that a big repair?
Usually it's not too bad. On most devices, only the glass is broken and the display keeps working.

How does a repair at FIXNOW work?
First we diagnose the issue and discuss the price with you. We only start after your approval, so you know where you stand beforehand.
Can I wait while my device is being repaired?
Often, yes. Many repairs are done while you wait. Ask when booking or at the counter whether that also applies to your repair.
What if you discover an extra fault during the repair?
Then we contact you first. You decide whether we carry out the extra work.
Do you also repair older or less common models?

Mail-in
Can I also mail in my device instead of coming by?
Yes. Our mail-in page walks you through how that works, step by step.
What does it cost to mail in my device?
All current information about mailing in your device can be found on the mail-in page.
Do I also get a diagnosis and price confirmation if I mail in my device?
Yes. In that case too, we first diagnose the issue and discuss the price before we start. Just like in store.
Privacy & your data
Do my photos and data stay on my device?
Yes. For most repairs, we don't need access to your data. Everything simply stays on your device.
Do I have to leave my passcode?
Only if that's needed for the repair, for example to test your device afterward. Only write down your code when we ask for it.
Should I make a backup myself before coming in?
Yes, we always recommend it. Make a backup beforehand, whichever repair you're having done.
What do you do with my appointment data?
We only use it for your appointment. You can read more in our privacy policy.
Business customers
Can my company also have a device repaired at FIXNOW?
Certainly. Book with your VAT number and you'll receive an invoice.
How do I provide my VAT number when booking?
Enter your VAT number during booking. The invoice will then be issued in your company's name.
Can I have multiple devices repaired at once as a business?
