Crack in your iPhone screen? It's usually not that bad. For most devices that come to us, only the glass is broken — the display underneath still works fine. In that case we replace just the glass, and your original Apple screen stays in place.

What you can check yourself

Check this before you come in

  • Does touch still work equally well everywhere?
  • Do you see black spots, lines, or pixels that no longer light up?
  • Does the picture jump, or does the backlight sometimes cut out?
  • Does the screen respond on its own, without you touching it?

Don't recognize any of this and only see a crack or a small starburst in the glass? Then your display is probably still working fine and new glass will do.

Just glass, or the whole screen?

An iPhone screen is made up of layers: the outer glass, the touch layer, and the display itself. When it's dropped, usually only that outer glass breaks. Display and touch still work fine.

Just the glass

Our technicians separate the layers and replace only the cracked glass. Your original Apple screen stays in place, so Face ID and True Tone keep working normally.

The full screen

Do you see spots, lines, or dead pixels, or has touch stopped working? Then the display itself is affected and we fit a new screen module. We always check this first, so you never replace more than necessary.
