2. Shipping
From Belgium via a bpost parcel locker; from the Netherlands, France, Germany or Luxembourg at a post point of your choice.
3. Receipt
Our system checks in your device — you automatically receive an e-mail.
4. Repair
We usually repair your device the same day it arrives.
5. Done
You receive the invoice by e-mail. View payment methods
6. Payment received
As soon as your payment arrives, you receive a confirmation by e-mail.
7. Return shipment
We send your device back the same or the next business day, with track & trace.
