The iPhone 18 Pro has only just arrived on the market, so wear and tear does not yet play a role. A device that has just been unboxed slips out of your hand more easily than one you have been using for months, and a case is not always already fitted during the first few weeks. So it is almost always an accident shortly after purchase.

iPhone 18 Pro screen replacement: what to expect
Ceramic Shield protects the OLED screen of your iPhone 18 Pro, but a hard fall can still crack that glass. If the display underneath still works normally, at FIXNOW we replace only that glass: the image, colours and touch sensitivity remain those of your own screen. If the screen no longer responds everywhere, or you notice spots or streaks, the display itself has been affected and we fit a completely new screen.
The back of the iPhone 18 Pro is a separate piece of glass set into the aluminium frame, and it can crack from a fall onto the back without the rest of the device being affected at all. In that case we replace only that back panel. The glass over the cameras also sometimes gets scratched or cracked. Because the main camera on this model has a moving aperture, we work on it with extra care and check each camera separately after the repair.
If you notice that the battery is emptying faster than in the first days, or the device no longer charges because the charging port is full of lint, that is not normal for a device that has only just come into use. Feel free to drop by in Antwerp or Wolvertem. Make a back-up beforehand and turn off Find My, so we can get started right away; if you would rather not come to the shop, you can also send in the device.
