Common problems with OnePlus
A drop is by far the most common cause of damage for OnePlus. Many models have glass on both the front and back, so a tumble from table height quickly results in cracks. On older devices, we also see a green vertical line in the display without the device having been dropped. That’s a known issue with the AMOLED panel and only disappears with a screen replacement.
You can recognise battery wear from a device that doesn’t make it through the evening, suddenly shuts down or gets warm while charging. We also regularly see damaged camera glass after a fall onto a hard surface.
