OnePlus back panel replacement
Crack in the back panel of your OnePlus? That's more than a cosmetic flaw. The cracks let dust and moisture in, and loose shards can end up in your pocket.
On models with wireless charging, the charging coil sits right behind that glass, and on many OnePlus devices the NFC antenna does too. The longer you wait, the greater the risk of further damage to the battery or logic board.

How we replace the back panel
Heating and cutting free
The back glass is glued across the entire surface. We heat the panel until the adhesive softens and cut the glass free with a suction cup and thin pry tools, without opening up the rest of the device. Around the camera island we work extra slowly: the lenses must not get scratched.
Cleaning the housing
All old adhesive residue and glass splinters are removed. Only on a clean surface does the new panel bond properly, keeping the device sealed against dust and splashing water.
Fitting the new glass
We fit the new back glass with fresh adhesive and press it down evenly so it sits flush against the frame.
Testing
We test the cameras, NFC and wireless charging (if your model has it) before you get your device back. The repair is only finished once everything works.
Original colour or something different?
In most cases we fit a back glass in the original colour, so your OnePlus looks the way it did when you bought it. OnePlus often uses matte or silky finishes; we choose glass that matches. Prefer something different? For certain models we keep alternative colours in stock. Our staff will show you in the store which options are available for your model, so you choose before we start.
Which OnePlus models do we cover?
Almost every OnePlus with a glass back panel: the OnePlus 15 and 15R, the 13 and 13R, the 12 and 12R, older flagships such as the 11, the 10 Pro and the 9 Pro, and the Nord series. Each model has its own glass shape and camera cutout, so the correct model number matters. Not sure whether your Nord has a glass or plastic back panel? Our staff can check that for you right away.
Not sure which model you have? Check Settings under "About device", or look at the original box. The model number is also printed on the back panel itself, but with broken glass it's often just illegible.
Watch out for these situations
When we consult with you first
- If the frame is bent, we discuss with you first whether replacement makes sense
- If there's moisture inside the device, we open and assess it first; only then do we advise, since with water damage we never promise a result upfront
- We advise against prying off the glass yourself: without the right heat and tools, you can easily damage the charging coil or NFC antenna underneath
