What PS5 Pro owners come to us with
With a PlayStation 5 Pro that is on every day, dust and heat build up inside the housing over time. The HDMI port also sometimes gets damaged, for example because the cable stays plugged in while the console is moved. On the controller, the sticks wear out through daily use, even if the PS5 Pro itself is completely fine.

PS5 Pro: fixing the HDMI port and overheating
If no picture appears on your television anymore, the problem with the PS5 Pro is often in the HDMI port. Bent pins caused by a cable that stays plugged in at an angle, or a port that has come loose from the circuit board, cause a black screen while the console itself starts up normally. We repair the port so the connection is secure again.
A loud fan and a console that feels hot usually point to dust that has built up around the cooling system and to a thermal contact that conducts less well over time. We clean the cooling system and renew that contact, so the console runs quieter and cooler again.

DualSense repair at FIXNOW
If the DualSense drifts to one side on its own, without you touching the stick, this is usually drift, a well-known complaint with these controllers. Buttons that stick or no longer respond, we also repair separately from the console itself. Bring the controller in, even if the console is otherwise fine; if that is not possible, the controller can also be sent in.
