When an Xbox One S shows no picture, the cause often lies in the HDMI port or in the HDMI chip behind it. We swap out a worn port and repair a defective chip by micro-soldering. If the console is noisy because of dust, we clean the cooling system and redo the thermal interface; if it will not switch on at all, we examine the motherboard. You can also send the console in yourself, so you do not need a new Xbox.
