The expected duration is listed per repair in the overview above; many repairs are ready the same day. You pay at the store, not in advance. You can book an appointment online via appointment, but walking in at Antwerpen or Wolvertem is often possible too.

With a screen, battery, camera, or glass repair, your data normally stays on the device. With a lock screen reset, your data on the device will be lost unless you have a Google or cloud backup. Always make a backup beforehand to be safe.
