Yes. You get a warranty on the replacement; the exact term is listed at the top of this page. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues with the new screen or glass. If you encounter a problem after the repair, we'll find a quick solution.

1. Book an appointment online via our appointment page and select the desired screen repair.
2. Bring your iPad to our store in Antwerp or Wolvertem, or request a free shipping label and mail your device.
3. Inspection — our technicians thoroughly examine the damage.
4. Replacement and final check — after replacing the glass or screen, we fully test the device.
5. Ready to use — you pick up your iPad, or we send it back.

You'll find the current prices for both options at the top of this page. They're complete prices: including VAT, parts, and labor. You pay nothing upfront when booking, and glass replacement is the most affordable option as long as the display itself still works.

Glass replacement has three advantages over full screen replacement:

• Keep original display — brightness, color reproduction, and touch response stay as you know them.
• More affordable — replacing only the glass costs less than the full screen.
• More durable — less electronic waste.

Not every manufacturer offers glass replacement for the iPad Pro; at FIXNOW it's a standard service.

That depends on the damage:

• Replace glass — for cracked glass while display and touch are still working normally. We replace only the glass and your original Apple display stays.
• Replace full screen — if the display or touch doesn't work well anymore, we install a completely new screen in original factory quality (Apple Service Pack).
