The price at the top of this page is the complete price: the new back glass, labor and VAT are included. You pay nothing upfront, and you receive warranty on the replacement. Laser repair of the back panel also costs only a fraction of replacing the entire device.

The replacement takes five steps:

1. Inspection and diagnosis — we check the device for any other defects and determine which type of back glass is needed.
2. Remove old glass with laser — the laser 'cuts' around the cracked glass, without opening the housing.
3. Prepare new glass — we select the correct size and type for your device.
4. Installation — the new panel is carefully placed and bonded with specialized tools.
5. Final check — all functions and buttons are tested; only then do you get your iPhone back.

That depends on the damage. If the crack is only in the glass and the frame is still intact, we replace only the back panel: with specialized laser technology we remove the cracked back glass without opening the device, so internal components remain protected and the original frame is retained. If there is severe drop damage — dents in the edges or a bent frame — we install a completely new housing and safely transfer all internal components. That second option requires complete disassembly and therefore takes longer.

We advise against it. A cracked back glass no longer protects the inside of your iPhone 14 Plus from dust, dirt and moisture, exposing sensitive parts like the battery, camera and processor. Furthermore, the structure of the glass is weakened: even a small crack gets bigger with normal use. Have cracked back glass replaced promptly — this prevents more expensive damage.
