2. Diagnosis — we check the damage, document the current state with photos, and test features like the cameras and wireless charging.
3. Replacement — using special heating equipment, we remove the adhesive and all old residue. We carefully disconnect the camera module and NFC chip; then we place the new back glass using high-quality adhesive strips, precisely aligned with the camera openings and buttons.
4. Quality control — Face ID, cameras, flash, wireless charging, and water resistance are tested. You get a report with warranty terms.

Most repairs are ready the same day. Treat your iPhone gently for the first few hours after repair while the adhesive cures.
