Yes. If you're not in the area, choose the shipping option. You'll receive a shipping label by email, pack your tablet securely and mail it in. Once the screen is replaced, we'll send your Tab S10 Ultra back to you.

1. Book an online appointment — select a date and time that works for you and fill in your contact details. You'll receive a confirmation by email.
2. Bring your Tab S10 Ultra to our store in Antwerpen or Wolvertem.
3. We replace the glass or the entire screen module, depending on the damage, and you get your tablet back the same appointment.

The current prices for both options are at the top of this page: glass replacement only or a full new screen. The price includes VAT and labor costs, and you pay nothing upfront. Replacing just the glass is the most affordable option, because your original display is preserved.

That depends on the damage to your Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra:

• Replace glass only — the glass is cracked, but image and touch are working perfectly (no black spots, streaks, or touch issues). Your original display stays intact and you save significantly compared to a brand new screen.
• Replace the entire screen — the image fails, you see spots or streaks, or touch no longer responds. We then install a complete new display module that fully restores image and touch.
