Do watch out for this
- Is the back or the screen bulging? Stop charging, switch the device off and bring it in. We advise against mailing it in that case
- Don't tinker with the battery yourself: a damaged lithium cell can become dangerous
How we handle it
Opening a Galaxy is precision work. The glass back is glued down all around, and the battery underneath is too. Pulling it apart by force isn't an option with a lithium cell, so we take our time.
Diagnosis
We measure what your current battery can still do and check whether replacement is really the solution.
Opening
We warm the glass back, loosen the adhesive and open your Galaxy without damaging anything.
Replacing the battery
The old cell comes out carefully, and an original Samsung battery goes in its place.
Closing and testing
We fit a new seal under the back and test charging before you get your Galaxy back.
Galaxy S, A, Z Fold or Z Flip
We replace the battery in practically every Galaxy: the A series, the S range and the foldable Z Fold and Z Flip. Those last two are a category of their own. A Z Flip has two separate batteries, one in each half, with cables running along the hinge that require extra care. Our technicians do this regularly and know the pitfalls.

Every battery replacement comes with a warranty. The term is listed per model in the list above, along with the repair time. We work with original cells: cheap imitations bring back the same complaints in no time, and with a lithium battery that's not a detail to cut corners on.
