You pay nothing upfront.

The current price for both options is shown at the top of this page: replacing only the glass is cheaper, a full display module costs a bit more. Both prices include VAT and labor costs, with a warranty on the repair — and you pay nothing upfront.

A black screen, black spots, color issues, or streaks in the image point to a damaged display. Replacing only the glass won't be enough: we install a complete new display module that fully restores the image and touch. If the display is in stock, this repair can be done quickly — often while you wait.

That depends on the damage:

• Replace only the glass — the glass is cracked, but the image and touch still work perfectly. You keep the original display and the same image quality as before the damage, and it's much cheaper than a full new screen.
• Replace the full screen — the image is gone, shows spots or streaks, or the touch no longer responds. You get a complete new display module.

Most smartphone repairs are ready within 60 minutes. For MacBooks and tablets the duration depends on the repair; you'll find the indicative time per repair in the price table. You can wait in the store or pick up your device later — we'll let you know as soon as it's ready.
