Yes. You can also mail in your Samsung: you request the shipping label online, mail your device and receive it repaired. If you prefer to come in, book an appointment online — you choose which repair you want and when you'll visit us in Antwerpen or Wolvertem.

The price at the top of this page is the complete price, including VAT and labor — you pay nothing upfront. Replacing just the glass is cheaper than a full screen replacement, because your original display is kept. Both options are listed with their own price at the top of this page, with warranty on the replacement.

1. Initial check — we verify whether only the glass is cracked or if the display itself is damaged.
2. Replacement — for glass damage we carefully remove the cracked glass without touching the working display, thoroughly clean the screen and install a new glass panel. If the display is defective, we replace the complete module.
3. Testing — we check both image and touch before you get your device back.

That depends on the damage:

• Replace glass only — the glass is cracked, but the display and touch still work perfectly, with no black spots, stripes or touch problems. Your original display is kept and you maintain the same image quality as before the damage.
• Replace full screen — the screen shows black spots or stripes, or the touch no longer responds. We'll then install a complete new display module that fully restores both image and touch.

Most smartphone repairs are ready within 60 minutes. For MacBooks and tablets the duration depends on the repair; you'll find the indicative time per repair in the price table. You can wait in the store or pick up your device later — we'll let you know as soon as it's ready.
