Frequently asked questions
How do I erase my iPad before selling?
First sign out of iCloud (Settings → your name → Sign Out) so "Find My iPad" is off. Then choose Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPad → Erase All Content and Settings. Did not manage? We erase the iPad together with you in the store.
Which iPad models do you buy?
The models with a direct price are in the calculator on this page. If your model is not listed, we assess it individually: fill in the form and you will receive a personal offer.
Do you also buy an iPad with a cracked screen?
Yes. Tell the calculator what is broken — screen, battery, charging port — and you instantly see an adjusted indicative price. If the iPad does not turn on at all, we determine the price after inspection.
Should I remove the SIM card?
If your iPad has a SIM tray (Wi-Fi + Cellular), remove the card before selling. An eSIM is removed when you erase the iPad.
Should I include the charger and the box?
You may, but you do not have to — the iPad alone is fine. Original accessories and the box are noted during the assessment.
How and when do I get paid?
In the store you are paid right after the inspection, cash or bank transfer — your choice. If you mail the iPad in, payout follows after receipt and inspection.
