Frequently asked questions
It depends on the damage:
- New glass — the display still works perfectly and only the outer glass is cracked. Your original Apple OLED display is preserved and the touchscreen will respond properly afterward. Condition: the image must not show black spots or stripes.
- Full screen — the screen stays black, flickers, or shows dead pixels or spots. Then we replace the entire screen module.
In most cases, glass replacement is enough. Unsure? Our technician will check your Apple Watch and give you immediate advice on the right repair.
