Yes, you get warranty on the screen repair of your Apple Watch Series 4. The exact period is listed at the top of this page with the repair you choose.

The price at the top of this page applies per variant (glass or full screen module) and is complete: part, labor, and VAT included. You'll hear the exact price before you decide and you don't pay in advance.

1. Book an appointment online — you can often drop in, but with an appointment you'll be helped faster.
2. Bring your Apple Watch to our store in Antwerp or Wolvertem. If you're not sure exactly what's broken, our technician will check the model and damage first — the diagnosis is free with repair.
3. We repair the screen and then hermetically seal the watch. You only pay in the store, not in advance.

It depends on what's broken:

• Replace screen glass — the image still works perfectly and only the outer glass is cracked. We replace only the glass while keeping your original Apple OLED display; that's much more affordable than a full replacement. Note: the image must not show black spots or stripes.
• Full screen replacement — the screen stays black, flickers, or has dead pixels or spots. Then we install a complete screen module with original image quality.
• Just scratches? These can often be polished away without opening the watch, so the factory seal stays intact — ask about it at your appointment.

After the repair, the watch is sealed skillfully and hermetically (splash-resistant).

You can recognize a damaged screen by these signs:

• Cracked glass — cracks can also let dirt, dust, or water enter the watch.
• Touchscreen doesn't respond or responds poorly — swiping and tapping no longer work.
• Stripes, spots, or dead pixels — parts of the image are no longer readable.
• Black or flickering image — the watch works, but the screen shows nothing or flickers.
