All prices include VAT and labor costs, you don't pay in advance, and you get a guarantee on parts and workmanship. You don't need to buy a separate screen — the part is included in the repair.

Our specialists replace the screen in fixed steps: the watch is carefully opened by softening the adhesive, the damaged screen glass is removed with heat and a suction cup, the display is thoroughly cleaned, the new glass is carefully aligned and laminated, air bubbles are removed, and finally everything is tested and sealed water-tight. We work with original Apple parts and your data is preserved — before repair we make a back-up of your watch.

Yes. We can polish scratches on the glass away without opening the watch — the factory seal stays intact in the process. If there are cracks in the glass or the image isn't working properly anymore, polishing is not enough: then glass or screen replacement is the solution.

It depends on what the display does:

• Screen glass replacement — the display still works and only the outer glass is cracked. Your original Apple OLED display is preserved and the touchscreen responds as it should afterward. Note: the display may not show black spots or stripes.
• Full screen replacement — the screen stays black, flickers, or shows dead pixels or spots. You get a new screen with original Apple image quality.
