What Apple Watch Ultra 2 49mm owners come in for
Usually it's the sapphire glass on the front. The Ultra 2 is built for rugged use, but it isn't unbreakable: a hard knock against a railing or a fall onto tiles can leave a crack. We also see damaged titanium cases and batteries that run down faster than before.

Apple Watch Ultra 2 49mm screen replacement: what to expect
Crack in the glass of your Ultra 2? It's usually not too bad. The flat sapphire glass sits in the titanium case and protects the always-on screen underneath. On most watches that come to us, only that glass is broken — the screen itself still works fine. In that case, at FIXNOW we only replace the glass and the rest of your device stays in place. You can come to us for this in Antwerp and Wolvertem.
Titanium is sturdy, but not unbreakable. A sharp knock can damage the edge or the back panel while the glass stays intact. If the back panel is loose or no longer seals properly, we replace that part separately.
An always-on screen draws power all day long. As the battery wears, you'll notice it first in the evening. We fit a new battery into your own titanium case; the rest of your watch stays as it was.
