Light scratches in the sapphire glass of your Apple Watch Ultra 4 we polish away at FIXNOW, without replacing anything. If the glass is genuinely cracked after a hard knock, we first take a look at the device: sapphire is hard, but not unbreakable, and not every crack can be fixed in the same way. Diagnosis is free when we carry out the repair, so you know in advance where you stand.
We replace the back with the sensors separately from the rest of the device if it is damaged or loose. If the Digital Crown turns stiffly or the side button sticks after sand or water, we make it smooth again.
The large battery of the Ultra 4 is made for long use outdoors, but that battery too eventually loses capacity. We fit a new one in your own titanium case. In Antwerp and Wolvertem we take the time needed for this; if you live further away, the device can also be sent in.
