A crack in the screen of your iPad 11 (A16)? It's usually not as bad as it looks. On many devices that come in to us, only the glass is broken — the display underneath still works fine. Where possible, we replace only that glass, so your original screen stays in place.
Is your iPad no longer charging? This model charges via USB-C, and the cause is often the port itself: dust, damaged pins, or a loose contact. We first check whether it's the port or the battery behind it, and only then replace a part.
