On the iPad Air 11" M2, the glass is laminated directly onto the Liquid Retina screen underneath. Glass and display form a single unit. Replacing just the glass isn't possible on this model, so in case of a crack we install the full screen panel in one go. If the touchscreen no longer responds equally well everywhere, a new panel usually resolves that too.

Is your iPad no longer charging? That's not always down to the battery. Often the problem lies elsewhere — in the USB-C port or the connection behind it. That's why we check the port and the charging current first before replacing a battery. This way you don't pay for a part that isn't faulty.

We also replace a cracked back panel. A crack like that is more than a cosmetic issue: the housing protects everything inside it. When replacing it, we work carefully around the camera and the other components sitting just under the housing.
