Common iPhone 11 Pro Max problems
Cracked back glass
Cracks on the back feel sharp and can spread further. Replacing the glass stops the damage from spreading and avoids small cuts.
Wireless charging cuts out
Damaged back glass or a bent frame can make wireless charging less reliable.
Dirt gets in
Dust and moisture get in through the cracks, which can affect other parts over time.
How it works
Diagnosis
We look at the damage to the back and frame and go over the approach with you.
Replacement
We remove the damaged glass and fit a new back panel with care for the seal.
Testing
We check the fit, the buttons and — where applicable — wireless charging.

With a specialized laser technique. The laser carefully removes the cracked back glass, layer by layer, from the housing and melts the adhesive away without touching the surrounding parts. Then the new back glass is installed with the same laser technique, so no air or dust can get in between. Our technicians perform this repair daily.
