Ik had mijn iphone 15 Pro Max laten vallen en ben zo snel mogelijk beginnen zoeken naar een hersteller. Ik kwam Fixnow tegen en zag dat zij ook enkel het glas van je scherm herstellen wanneer de rest van je scherm nog naar behoren werkt. Ik heb direct een afspraak gemaakt en kon een paar uur later al terecht bij hun. Ik was wat vroeger voor mijn afspraak, maar ben toch direct vlot geholpen met een duidelijke uitleg wat ze gingen doen en een perfect nazicht van de schade. Ik kreeg een afgifte bevestiging mee en mocht mijn gsm anderhalf uur later al gaan ophalen inclusief met geplaatste screenprotector. Het was een super vlotte service en dit zonder dat ik een schuldgevoel aangepraat kreeg wat ik bij andere herstellers al vaker had gekregen en kreeg te horen dat dit het zwakke punt is bij mijn telefoon model . De plaatsing is prima gedaan en je ziet geen verschil en mijn huidige garantie op mijn toestel loopt nog door en inclusief een jaar garantie op mijn scherm. Ik raad dit sterk aan en weet dat ik als dit nogmaals zou voorvallen zeker nog terug ga naar hen. Ik ben tevreden!Reply from FIXNOW
