iPhone 16 earpiece repair

With regular repair, such as screen or battery replacement, your data normally stays on the device; we work according to strict privacy guidelines. One exception: with a lock reset (forgotten access code), the data is lost due to Apple security, unless you have an iCloud backup. Making a backup before repair is anyway a good habit.

Not much preparation is needed. If possible, make a backup via iCloud or your computer. If your device has been in water, turn it off immediately and come as soon as possible. Also with a swollen battery, it’s better to wait: come directly to the store, that’s safer for you and your device.

Walk-ins are usually fine, but with an appointment you’ll be helped faster. Book an appointment online at any time; you choose our store in Antwerp or Wolvertem. Prefer not to visit? Then you can also mail in your iPhone 16.

Not necessarily. If the image and touch still work perfectly, we often replace just the glass: you keep your original Apple display and save on costs. If the display itself doesn’t work anymore (spots, streaks, no image), then a full screen replacement is needed. All screen options with price are on the page iPhone 16 screen replacement.
