What warranty do I get on a repair?

You get up to 1 year warranty on most repairs. The warranty period is shown with the price of your repair. For water damage and for data recovery, the result depends on the damage, so no fixed warranty period applies.

Do you use original parts?

Yes — we work with 100% original parts, or on your request, with a more affordable quality alternative. We discuss this transparently before the repair.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Making an appointment is fastest: you choose your device and repair online and are helped within minutes. You can also drop in without an appointment.

Can I mail in my device?

Yes, you can mail your device to us. On the Send page you'll find how to pack and ship it safely — we'll send it back repaired.

Common problems

Image drops out when folding

Perfect image in one position, black or flickering in another: then the flex cable through the hinge may be the cause, not the screen. We replace only that cable.

Film cracked or lifting

A crack, bubble or lifting edge in the top film while the image is fine: we fit a new original Samsung film, the screen stays.

No longer opens flat

Stiff, creaking or crooked hinge after a drop or wear: we replace the hinge or the frame, not the screen.

Outer screen cracked

The small outer screen is a separate part; the inner screen does not need to be replaced with it.

How it works

Diagnosis

We test both screens and the connection through the hinge in the open, half-open and closed position.

Replacement

Only the faulty part is replaced; your working inner screen stays in place.

Testing

We check the image, touch and opening and closing before you get the device back.
