Common problems

Image drops out when folding

Perfect image in one position, black or flickering in another: then the flex cable through the hinge may be the cause, not the screen. We replace only that cable.

Film cracked or lifting

A crack, bubble or lifting edge in the top film while the image is fine: we fit a new original Samsung film, the screen stays.

No longer opens flat

Stiff, creaking or crooked hinge after a drop or wear: we replace the hinge or the frame, not the screen.

Outer screen cracked

The small outer screen is a separate part; the inner screen does not need to be replaced with it.
