Only the cracked glass is replaced; your original display is retained. Suitable when image and touch still work properly, without spots or lines.
Screen will not turn on or there are black spots or lines on the screen. In this case we will need to replace the entire screen.
Battery
Your device turns off unexpectedly, loses charge quickly and/or requires frequent charging.
Software & Backup
Cannot unlock because the access code does not work, is missing and/or forgotten.

Known issues with the Galaxy A15
A cracked front, a screen that stays dark, or a battery that drains much faster than before: common complaints with the Galaxy A15. Often only the glass layer is broken while the AMOLED panel underneath still works fine, but sometimes the panel itself is damaged. FIXNOW repairs both cases in store in Antwerp and Wolvertem.

Screen replacement: glass or full module
On the Galaxy A15, a broken screen can be fixed in two ways. If only the glass is cracked and the image stays sharp, we replace only the glass, leaving the rest of the device untouched. If the AMOLED panel itself is damaged, with spots, streaks, or a screen that no longer responds, we fit a completely new screen module. Your photos, apps, and settings stay exactly as they are in both cases.
If the battery no longer performs the way you’re used to, it can be replaced during the same appointment. We also repair the charging port separately, when USB-C cables no longer connect properly.

These damage cases require screen repair:
- Cracked screen glass — even a small crack can expand and damage the touchscreen. If image and touch still work, glass replacement alone is often sufficient.
- Black screen or stripes — if the Samsung A15 screen stays black or shows streaked lines, the LCD screen itself is defective and a complete screen replacement is needed.
