Battery
Your device turns off unexpectedly, loses charge quickly and/or requires frequent charging.
Software & Backup
Cannot unlock because the access code does not work, is missing and/or forgotten.
Transfer files from old to new device without loss of personal data.

It depends on the damage:
- Glass replacement only — the glass is cracked but image and touch still work completely: no black spots, stripes, or touch problems. You keep the original display and this is much cheaper than a complete screen replacement.
- Complete screen replacement — the display no longer works, doesn’t respond to touch, or shows spots or stripes. We then install a complete new display module that fully restores image and touch.
