Screen & Glass
Screen will not turn on or there are black spots or lines on the screen. In this case we will need to replace the entire screen.
The outer screen of your Galaxy Z Fold or Z Flip is cracked or stays black while the inner screen works. We replace only the outer screen; the foldable inner screen stays in place.
New genuine Samsung protective film on the foldable inner screen, applied in our workshop after checking the layer underneath. Fixes peeling film and air bubbles, not lines or marks in the picture.

Cannot unlock because the access code does not work, is missing and/or forgotten.

Connecting cable between the two halves, running through the hinge. If your device shuts down, or the picture, sound or reception drop out when opening or closing while the screen itself still works, we replace only this cable.
Your device no longer opens flat, feels stiff, or sits crooked. We replace the hinge as a separate part; the inner screen stays in place if it is undamaged.
The bezel around the foldable inner screen comes loose or is damaged. We replace only the screen bezel.
What exactly is broken on your Galaxy Z Fold 6?
On a Fold or Flip, “the screen does not work” is not always the screen. We only replace the part that is actually faulty; if your inner screen still works, it stays in place and you pay less.
The image itself is damaged
Line, spot, dead zone or no image at all, in every position of the device. Then the folding panel itself is faulty and only a new inner screen will fix it.

Galaxy Z Fold 6 screen replacement: module or targeted repair?
At FIXNOW in Antwerp and Wolvertem we first establish what exactly is broken. A line, spot or dead zone in the image means the panel itself is damaged; we then replace the inner screen as a module, film included. The fixed price is in the table above.
If the problem is on the surface or depends on the position of the device, we replace only the part that is faulty: a new original film, the flex cable through the hinge or the hinge itself. That way a working screen is not replaced unnecessarily. Which part it is on your device, we know after the check.
Camera glass, water and sending in
A cracked camera glass is also replaced separately from the rest. After contact with water, speed counts: the sooner we can open and check the device, the better. If you are not nearby, you can send your Fold 6 in; choose your model, the mail-in option and describe the complaint.

- Crack or break in the glass — the device works, but the glass is broken.
- Black spots or stripes in the image — the display panel itself is damaged.
- Touch no longer responds — the screen doesn’t register your touches or responds poorly.
- No image — the device is on, but the screen stays black.
