How to pack and ship your batch safely, with a free shipping label for eligible batches from all EU countries.
How to pack the screens
Screens with a working panel are fragile; good packaging prevents any discussion about the grade on arrival.
- Pack each screen separately, for example in bubble wrap, so the screens do not touch each other.
- Use a sturdy box and fill empty space: screens must not shift during transport.
- Stick a label with your reference on each screen and mark the back with a marker pen.
- After registration, send a few photos of the batch via WhatsApp or email; it speeds up the assessment.
The free shipping label
Private and professional sellers in all EU countries can request a free shipping label. From 11 displays, or when the indicative value calculated by FIXNOW is above €400, meeting either condition is enough. FIXNOW reviews every request, the batch and the shipping route. Once approved, we send the free label by email. If no direct route is available or the rate exceeds €25, we also review the shipment manually. The free label applies only to batches with a declared grade A or B; once approved, you usually receive it within the hour.

From which countries can I ship?
Shipping with a free label is possible from all EU countries, for both private and professional sellers.
Shipping from the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway or another country outside the EU? Contact us; we arrange the shipment and label manually with you.
What happens after arrival?
We usually test and grade your batch on the day it arrives. You receive the settlement statement with the result per screen; after your approval we pay out immediately by bank transfer.
Every rejected screen is photographed, so you can be sure it is your own display. You choose: return or free recycling.
Prefer pickup or drop-off?
For larger batches we can collect the screens from you. Drop-off is possible at our stores in Antwerp and Wolvertem.
