You can recognize a worn iPhone 12 battery by these signs:

• Drains quickly — the phone runs out of power faster than it used to during normal use.
• Unexpected shutdowns — the device shuts down while the indicator still shows charge.
• Slow charging — charging takes longer than it did when the device was new.
• Swollen battery — the back protrudes or the screen is pushed away from the frame; have the battery replaced immediately in this case.
• Performance issues — the device no longer runs smoothly, even after a software update.
• Warning message — a notification appears in settings indicating the battery needs service.

If you recognize these symptoms, or if the battery condition drops below 80% of original capacity, a new battery is the solution.

Yes, often it can. If only the glass is cracked but the image and touch still work perfectly (no black spots or streaks), we replace only the glass. You keep your original Apple display and it costs much less than a full screen replacement. If the image doesn’t work correctly anymore, glass replacement is not possible and we install a completely new screen.

We advise against it. Broken glass creates sharp edges and loose glass fragments can damage internal parts. At FIXNOW we remove the old glass with a laser method without opening the housing — this keeps all internal parts protected and all glass shards are removed. The new back panel is then installed and aligned by hand.

• Compatible OLED — more affordable; OLED image, but not the same quality as original.
• Compatible LCD — the lowest price; color, brightness and viewing angle are lower than with OLED or original.
