The price for each option is shown at the top of this page and is the full price: the part, all work, and VAT included. The diagnostic and price quote in advance are free, you pay nothing upfront, and you get a warranty on the repair — the exact term for each option is shown with the price. You don't need to order a screen yourself: the new glass or display is included with the repair.

If the image no longer works or you see spots or lines, a complete screen replacement is needed. You choose from multiple options: a fully original Apple display (Service Pack), a compatible OLED screen, or a compatible LCD screen as a budget solution. Compatible screens don't achieve the same image quality as an original display — we therefore recommend the original display or glass replacement. Each option has its own price and warranty term, as shown at the top of this page. With a complete new screen, we transfer Touch ID, provided the home button is still in good condition.

Yes, often. If only the glass is cracked and the image and touch still work completely (no black spots or lines), we replace only the glass and your original Apple display is preserved. That delivers the same image quality as a completely new screen, but is much more affordable. Plus, features like Touch ID and 3D Touch continue to work normally after such a glass-only repair.

You can recognize a damaged iPhone 7 screen by these signs:

• Cracked or broken glass — even small cracks are worth repairing to prevent further damage.
• Black spots, lines, or stripes on the screen — these indicate internal damage to the LCD display.
• The touchscreen doesn't work properly — freezing, inaccurate responses, or no response at all to touches indicate a defect.
• The screen won't turn on — the display stays black, even though the device still works.
