What kind of damage does an iPhone 8 come in with at FIXNOW?
With an iPhone 8, two things come into play: the device is older by now, and the glass back is vulnerable to any drop against a hard edge. That produces a recognizable list of complaints at the counter.

Replacing the iPhone 8 back: what are the options?
The back of the iPhone 8 is made of glass. If the glass cracks in a corner or across the middle, we replace the entire back panel; the rest of the housing and the components behind it are left untouched.
For the screen it works differently: FIXNOW doesn’t offer a separate glass repair for this model, so in case of a crack we fit a complete, new screen module with an LCD panel. That way, image quality and touch response stay the same as the original.
At FIXNOW in Antwerp and Wolvertem, the technician first checks exactly which part is broken, so that only that part gets replaced. Your photos, contacts and settings simply stay in place during this repair, and if you’d rather not come in yourself, you can also send in the device.
