What iPhone X owners come in with
The iPhone X was the first iPhone with an OLED screen, and that screen remains the part that fails fastest. The device has also grown older, so battery wear now affects almost every unit. This is what we see most often:
- A full battery drains within half a day, even with normal use
- The device switches itself off unexpectedly while the battery still shows charge
- A crack, spider web pattern, or star shape in the screen glass

Replacing the iPhone X battery and screen
On this device, the battery is usually the first part that needs attention. After years of charging and discharging, it holds less charge, which you notice most when you use the device all day. A new battery, fitted through our battery replacement service, brings your iPhone X back to the runtime you were used to.
The screen works differently here than on newer models: on the iPhone X, a cracked screen is replaced as a complete module, so the glass and OLED panel are renewed together. With screen replacement, you choose between a full original screen, an OLED copy, and a more affordable LCD copy if that suits you.
