If your Switch OLED is in the dock and the TV stays black, even though its own screen works, a chip on the motherboard may be the cause. FIXNOW repairs such a chip in Antwerp or Wolvertem by micro-soldering. On the OLED, glass and panel form a single unit, so if it cracks we replace the whole screen. That way you can simply connect the Switch OLED to the TV again.

A Switch OLED sits in the dock at home and goes in your bag on the road. Something can go wrong in both places.

Switch OLED: what lies behind picture and charging problems
On the Switch OLED, glass and panel together form one part. If the screen is cracked or streaky, we therefore replace the whole screen unit.
If there is no picture on the TV while the console itself works, a chip on the motherboard may be to blame. We do not repair the dock, but we do repair that chip.
If the console does not charge, we first examine the port and the battery and then the charging chip. If it no longer starts up, we look at the motherboard itself.
Cooling and liquid damage on the Switch OLED
Dust inside the housing makes the fan loud and traps heat. That is why FIXNOW cleans the console and renews the thermal interface, or replaces the fan itself.
First we examine the console and tell you the price; the repair starts after that. If the console got wet, we examine the motherboard and clean it where necessary. Only then do we know whether repair is possible. Walking in is possible in Antwerp and in Wolvertem, and so is sending it in by post.
