On the Switch Pro Controller, the sticks are soldered to the motherboard, so a stick with drift calls for soldering work. We replace the stick, if you wish with TMR sticks, which last much longer because they have no sliding contact. If the battery drains quickly or charging over USB-C no longer works, we replace the battery or the port. That way you are back to playing with your familiar Pro Controller.
