Galaxy Z Flip 5 screen replacement: what to expect
The inner screen and the outer screen are two separate parts, each with its own weak spot. The foldable inner screen has a protective film that belongs to the panel. If it comes loose at the fold line, don't peel it off yourself. At FIXNOW we check whether a new film is enough or whether the whole inner screen needs replacing.
The outer screen is large and takes the first hit in a drop. We fix a crack in it with a new outer screen — your inner screen simply stays in place.
The hinge is sensitive to dust. If opening and closing feels stiff, have it checked in good time at our store in Antwerp or Wolvertem.
Battery and back panel of the Galaxy Z Flip 5
