We use original parts. You get a warranty on the screen replacement — the exact period is shown with the price at the top of this page. After each replacement, we also do a thorough inspection of touch and image before you get the device back.

You'll find the current price at the top of this page. That's the full price: the display module, installation and inspection afterwards are included. All prices include VAT and labor costs, and no payment upfront is needed.

1. Make an appointment online via our appointment page and choose the repair for your Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4.
2. Bring the device to our store in Antwerpen or Wolvertem, or mail it in with a shipping label.
3. We check the device, replace the screen and then test the touch function and image quality thoroughly.

Did you mail your device? Then you'll receive a tracking number after the repair so you can track the return shipment.

That depends on the damage. Our technicians will first check whether the display and touch function of your Fold 4 still work. If only the glass is broken, then glass replacement may be sufficient: your original display is preserved and the repair is faster. If the image shows black spots or stripes, or if the touch no longer responds, then the display itself is faulty and we install a complete new display module. The price at the top of this page applies to the complete screen replacement.

You can identify a faulty screen of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 by these signs:

• Black spots or stripes in the image.
• Faulty touch — the screen doesn't respond or responds poorly to touches.
• No image anymore — the display no longer works, even though the device is on.
• Broken or cracked glass after a fall or impact.

If the display itself no longer works correctly, a complete new display module is the appropriate solution: it fully restores image and touch.
