With most repairs, such as screen or battery replacement, your data normally stays on the device. With a lock screen reset or a full software reset, that can be different: due to the device's security, data is lost with these, unless you have a backup via Google or the cloud. Always make a backup beforehand, then you're definitely safe.

If you're uncertain about the cause or the device doesn't work at all, choose a diagnosis. Our technician will check your Google Pixel 7 Pro and recommend the right repair.
