Yes, you get a warranty on the repair performed and the parts used. The correct warranty period for each repair is shown with the price in the table on this page. Original parts are available where possible; we explain the difference in price and quality beforehand.

In most repairs, such as screen or battery replacement, your photos, apps and contacts will remain intact. Still, always make a backup beforehand: if there's a software issue or your device is locked, a reset may be needed which could result in data loss. We will discuss this with you beforehand.

For the Pixel 8a we repair:

• Screen and glass — for a cracked screen or damaged glass. If the display and touch still work perfectly, sometimes just replacing the glass is enough; this keeps your original screen. For black spots, lines or dead touch, you'll need a full screen module. See prices under screen replacement.
• Battery — for rapid drain, unexpected shutdowns or incorrect battery percentage.
• Camera glass — for cracks or scratches on the glass or haze over your photos.
• Water damage — internal cleaning and inspection after your device has been exposed to moisture.
