Diagnosis is free when we repair your device. If a repair is not possible or you choose not to proceed, the completed diagnosis costs €39.
Screen & Glass
Only the cracked glass is replaced; your original display is retained. Suitable when image and touch still work properly, without spots or lines.
Screen will not turn on or there are black spots or lines on the screen. In this case we will need to replace the entire screen.
Battery
Your device turns off unexpectedly, loses charge quickly and/or requires frequent charging.
Software & Backup
Cannot unlock because the access code does not work, is missing and/or forgotten.
Transfer files from old to new device without loss of personal data.

The Pixel 8's fingerprint scanner sits under the OLED screen. That’s why, after a screen replacement, we test that unlocking with your finger works smoothly before you come to pick up the device. You’ll know the cost of the repair beforehand, so there are no surprises.
Does your Pixel 8 drain faster than before? Or does the device switch itself off at unexpected moments? Then the battery usually needs replacing. Replacing a Pixel 8 battery is a targeted fix: the rest of the device is left untouched.
The back panel of the Pixel 8 can also crack after a drop, separately from the screen. We replace that separately from a screen repair. That way, you only pay for the part that’s actually broken.
