Frequently asked questions
What do I need to do beforehand?
Back up your data, remove your data if possible, and turn off “Find My iPhone” (or the equivalent on your device) before you bring it in or mail it to us.
How is the price determined?
The indicative price depends on the model and the device condition. If your device works but has a defect, the price is calculated per defect: you tick what is broken (screen, battery, camera…) and each defect deducts a fixed amount from the "works with no defect" price. That amount already accounts for storage. The price is final after inspection.
How do I get paid?
If you bring the device to the store, payout can happen right after inspection. If you mail it in, payout follows once we receive and check the device. We discuss the payout method when we contact you.
Can I mail it in too?
Yes — choose “I will mail it in” when you submit your request and enter your address. You will receive the shipping label by e-mail.
Does FIXNOW also buy iPads, MacBooks or Apple Watches?

Can I also sell a Samsung or another phone?
Yes. The calculator gives an instant price for iPhone 13 and newer, but we also buy Samsung devices, iPads, MacBooks, older iPhones and Apple Watch (from Series 6 or SE 2) through an individual assessment: fill in the form on this page and you will receive a personal offer.
Am I paid right away in the store?
Yes. After inspection of your device in our store in Antwerp or Wolvertem you are paid right away. If you mail the device in, payout follows after receipt and inspection.
Do you buy Apple Watch?
Yes, from Apple Watch Series 6, SE 2 and Ultra — see the Apple Watch sell page via the cards on this page. Series 5 and older models are assessed individually via the form.
What happens to my data?
Preferably erase your device yourself before selling. Did not manage? Then we erase it completely on the spot, while you watch, right after the purchase. Every device is also checked before purchase via IMEI and serial number (iCloud lock, Lost mode).
What if my iPhone is broken?
No problem — tell the calculator what is defective (screen, battery, camera…) and you instantly see an adjusted indicative price. Does the device not turn on at all? You can still submit a request; we determine the price after inspection.
Are you a repair shop or trader with broken screens?
We buy broken screens with a working display by the batch, at refurbisher prices — with a public price list and grading after testing.
